ParentPay
As from April 2010 we began introducing a new payment option for parents called ParentPay.
ParentPay is a secure on-line payment system whereby you can log in and pay for school trips, tickets for school productions etc via debit/credit card, 24/7. The same system also includes the facility for you to pay at all local Co-op stores via the PayPoint system.
This will enable you to pay for larger sums via a number of smaller payments if you would like, and stops the need for sending your children to school with cash or cheques.
You can also log in to your account at any time to see the current balance, any outstanding payments etc.
Over the next few months we will be sending letters to all parents giving you full details and issuing you with a username and temporary password (which once you have activated you can change if you'd like).
All school trips will from now on be payable online (if you prefer), and letters then will also include a barcode which enables you to pay at Co-op stores via PayPoint.
You will still be able to pay by cash/cheque in person if you prefer (these payments will also show up against your online account).
