Help us to combat absenteeism and improve communication

In recent years we have worked extremely hard to improve the attendance rates of the students and we have proved to be very successful at this. At the core of this process is good and consistent communication with parents and carers.

To aid this, we are in the process of installing an automatic communication system that will contact you directly if your child is marked absent at registration. This will ensure the reason for the absence is known as soon as possible and alert you if your child is not in school when they should be. Post-registration absences can also be detected and reported to you.

The software will also enable us to contact you directly by telephone, text message to your mobile telephone and by email.

We will be able keep you updated with events in school and to notify you quickly should the need arise.
